أعمق شغله في البرمجيات كثيفة البيانات، وحدات ERP وأدوات العمليات اللي تكون فيها المشكلة كثرة المعلومات لا قلّتها. قاد نذير مشروع إكسير، نظام تصميم قائم على الـ tokens يضم 1,033 متغيّراً و24 مكوّناً موثّقاً بكل حالاته، يمتد عبر الويب والجوال. العربية والإنجليزية مدمجتان في الـ tokens نفسها لا مضافتان فوقها، مع دعم أصيل لاتجاه اليمين لليسار ومعيار WCAG 2.1 AA مدمج إلى جانبها. قاد المشروع وعمل معه مصمم ثانٍ. في عمل سابق على تطبيق عمليات تجزئة، خفّض وقت تنفيذ مهام الجرد بمقدار النصف في اختبارات مع مستخدمين حقيقيين. أسّس استوديو نواة للمشاريع اللي تحتاج أكثر من مصمم واحد. His deepest work is in data-heavy software, ERP modules and operations tools where the problem is too much information rather than too little. He led Iksir, a token-first design system of 1,033 variables and 24 fully-stated components spanning web and mobile. Arabic and English are built into the tokens themselves, not layered on top, with native RTL support and WCAG 2.1 AA baked in alongside them. He led the project and a second designer worked alongside him. Earlier work on a retail operations app cut inventory task execution time in half in testing with real users. He founded Nawat Studio for the projects that need more than one designer. Son travail le plus poussé porte sur les logiciels riches en données, modules ERP et outils d'opérations où le problème est le trop-plein d'information. Il a dirigé Iksir, un système de design token-first de 1 033 variables et 24 composants entièrement documentés couvrant le web et le mobile. L'arabe et l'anglais sont intégrés aux tokens eux-mêmes, non ajoutés par-dessus, avec un support RTL natif et le standard WCAG 2.1 AA intégré à leurs côtés. Il a dirigé le projet et un second designer a travaillé à ses côtés. Un travail antérieur sur une application d'opérations retail a réduit de moitié le temps d'exécution des tâches d'inventaire lors de tests avec de vrais utilisateurs. Il a fondé Nawat Studio pour les projets qui demandent plus d'un designer.

Work runs directly with Nadir until a project needs more than one person. Then it runs as Nawat Studio, with a second designer, on the same price list. We use your product the way your users do, talk to the people who run it and read what already exists. You get a short summary of what we found. Nous utilisons votre produit comme vos utilisateurs, nous parlons avec ceux qui le font tourner et nous lisons l'existant. Vous recevez un court résumé de ce que nous avons trouvé.

Structure before screens: the information architecture, the flows and the decisions behind them. Nothing gets drawn until you approve it. شاشات نهائية بكل حالاتها، مبنية على نظام حتى تتصرّف الشاشة المئة مثل الأولى. تشوف التقدّم كل أسبوع، مع مراجعة في منتصف الطريق. Final screens with every state, built on a system so the hundredth screen behaves like the first. You see progress every week, with a review at the midpoint. Des écrans finaux avec tous leurs états, construits sur un système pour que le centième écran se comporte comme le premier. Vous voyez l'avancement chaque semaine, avec une revue à mi-parcours.

تحقّق Validate Validation

نموذج تفاعلي يخدم، ثم مراجعة بصرية لإمكانية الوصول وفق WCAG 2.1 AA. كل مشكلة نجدها نصلّحها أو نسجّلها قبل التسليم. A working prototype, then a visual accessibility review against WCAG 2.1 AA. Every issue we find is fixed or logged before handoff. Un prototype fonctionnel, puis une revue visuelle de l'accessibilité selon WCAG 2.1 AA. Chaque problème trouvé est corrigé ou consigné avant la livraison.

تسليم Hand off Livraison

توثيق وtokens وجلسة عمل مع مطوّريكم، ثم أسبوعان من الدعم لأسئلتهم. ينتهي الشغل حين يقدر المطوّرون يبنون دون الرجوع إلينا. Documentation, tokens and a working session with your developers, then two weeks of support for their questions. It is done when they can build without asking us. La documentation, les tokens et une session de travail avec vos développeurs, puis deux semaines de support pour leurs questions. C'est terminé quand ils peuvent construire sans nous demander.
